How to place a special order?

Once you choose your proper size and style call us back at (972) 503-7500 to check for the availability and pricing!

Or you may choose to Email us with the information provided on the link and the Q number followed by the 7 digit numbers on each rug!

Once the information is provided to you you may choose to pay in person or over the phone to secure your purchase! We accept Check, Credit Card, Zelle, and Venmo.

Please note that these rugs come from our warehouse out of state and we do not carry them at our physical  address as inventory and it will take up to two weeks for the process to transpire.

Whether you order and pick up at our Dallas showroom or shipped directly to your door there will be additional shipping  charges added to your bill.
